more on voting for first batch of changes

A couple of things:

1.  The web page mentioned in the old message is wrong.  The web page
for the MPI 2.1 effort in general is 

    www.mpi-forum.org/mpi2_1

not

    www.mpi-forum.org/mpi1_2

2.  A downloadable version of this batch of changes (minus my comments) in
Postscript is available from the page

   http://www-unix.mcs.anl.gov/~gropp/mpi/mpi-errata

Click on the link with the word "Proposed" in it.

3.  I didn't make it clear whether you should vote by emailing me or the whole
list.  I propose to post everybody's votes, so I think it will be sufficient
to just send mail to me, and then check that I have recorded your vote
correctly when I post the votes.  If anyone would like to post their vote to
the whole list, that is OK with me too.

(So far the vote is 2 - 0 in favor of accepting the changes in this batch,
with votes from Etnus and MPI Software Technology.)
