I was just about to ask everyone the same question.  If no one has anything
further to add to the existing discussion, I will put together a "ballot" and
send it out.  I would like to modify the original ballot a bit in light of
the discussions that have taken place.  Either object, send in more
discussion, or expect an explicit call for a vote in the next day or two.

I don't see any particular reason why we can't take up the MPI_Alltoallv issue 
that Dick describes next.  Does anyone else?
