Re: first batch of corrections
Albert and others, it appears that public comment or other procedure is
needed between the two votes, to make two votes meaningful.
Public presentation of the proposed change, and a commitment to answer all
questions raised for 2 week period, would allow that mistakes missed in
the first vote are cleaned before second.
Otherwise, the second vote is perfunctory.
