Karl thank you for pointing on that detail.

MPI 1.2 is done by Rainer Keller, but I expect that he
wants to incorporated all Items from Ballots 1-3 that are
referencing MPI 1.1.
I expect that Rainer wants to add all, when the Forum gives the okay.
As far as I know, these are none in Ballots 1-2 and
the Item 7 (the web page must be corrected, it is MPI-1.1 page 128 line 11),
and Items 10-14 of Ballot 3.

With MPI 2.0 combined document, I will not include any additional
errata.
This is the task of the final MPI 2.1 combined document.
Reason: The MPI 2.0 combined document will be done without hand editing.
        There will be a script that extracts the portions in the
        correct sequence.
        This method may also help the owners of translations,
        e.g., for a future MPI 3.0 Japanese document.

The current MPI 1.2 merging file is not complete in this sense.
I will add the corresponding voting in my meeting workplan.
