I don't know many who *can't* write LaTeX. Certainly less of an effort 
to adapt to the current LaTeX than "importing" into another format 
(which is extremely error-prone).

I strongly support LaTeX as no other typesetting system gives a similar 
quality, and you can perfectly create PDF and HTML from it.
