Re: [mpi-21] Detailed agenda for Jan meeting plus more details

An audio recording of the main sessions would be simple enough for the historical record I suggest, even if it is not transcribed it immediately. Though if audio is used participants should take extra effort to identify themselves audibly.

In addition, I'd like to know more about the teleconferences so that those of use that wish to participate remotely in some sessions can do so.

Sincerely,
Steven

As secretary, I [initially] plan on capturing the following from meetings and teleconferences:

- Agenda
- Real and staw votes
- Action items
- Any presentation slides that are shown

Trying to capture the actual discussion of the meeting is not feasible: it's hard to transcribe and participate at the same time. Plus, it would be impossible to capture all the sidebar conversations that are vital to make the Forum process work.

I'm assuming that there will be a web site or some other collaborative tool where I can post all this stuff before/during/ after the meetings.

This is my initial plan, and no plan ever survives contact with the enemy. :-) We'll see how well it works!
