This seems fine. One thing my secretary reminded me of, that your
people probably already understand, is that if we pay registration on
line with our credit cards, then we will still need some sort of
receipt, so that we can get reimbursed afterwards. (Maybe this can
be just a web page to print.) I also know from experience that at
least Argonne wants the registration form to say which meals are
included in the registration form. I assume that in our case it will
be one (lunch of the middle day).
