The person taking care of the arrangements was out sick last Thursday and Friday, so
 I hope that she will finish the arrangements today.  Right now one has to call
 (773) 693-4444 to reserve the room.  Right now the rate is only for the 14th and 15th
 (that is what we are committing to contractually), but are requesting this rate on both
 ends of the meeting, which is not expected to be a problem.  We are also asking for
 a code that can be used, so that reservations can be made on-line.  I will let people know
 when this is in place.
