[mpi-21] Jan 14-16 Forum meeting

Details are starting to come together.  The meeting will be at the Chicago
Marriott O'Hare.  There are 35 rooms reserved under the name "MPI Forum" at
the government rate of $149/night, for the nights of Jan 14th and 15th.
This is available to all, not just government employees, so if you are
staying at this hotel, please get a room out of this reservation, as ORNL
will have to pay for unused rooms.  The rooms can be booked starting Monday,
and will be available for booking until Dec 24th.

I will have an updated agenda early in Jan.  The temporary web-site is up,
but there is a problem that needs to be resolved so that it is viewable
outside the IU domain.  I will send the URL out once it is up.  I will start
populating the website with data over the weekend, and set up wiki pages for
discussions.
