[mpi-21] MPI 2.0 review

I am enclosing the copies of MPI 1.1 and MPI 2.0 that are on the forum web
page for people to review (I have had several requests for this). Right now
Bill G. and Rainer K. are working to verify that the latex sources we have
for these documents are indeed the correct ones, before we go and start
editing these documents, and putting the corrections in. Once we have these
verified, they will go into a source-code repository with limited write
access, so that we can manage the integrity of these documents, and ensure
that what goes in is actually what we have voted on. By the end of this
week (cross your fingers) we will have a wiki up with pages for each chapter
of the standard, to capture the discussions on corrections and
clarifications. Indiana is going ahead and setting this up, and we will
move this to the official MPI Forum web site and Illinois, once it is up and
back on line.

Here are the people who have volunteered to read the chapters in the 2.0
document:
Chapter 2: MPI-2 Terms and Conventions - Tony Skjellum, Bill Gropp
Chapter 3: Version 1.2 of MPI - Terry Dontje, William Yu, Bill Gropp
Chapter 4: Miscellany - Rich Graham, Jespar Larsson Traeff, George Bosilca,
Steve Poole, Kannan Narasimhan, David Solt, Bill Gropp
Chapter 5: Process Creation and Management - Dries Kimpe, Rusty Lusk,
    Georg Bosilca, Bill Gropp
Chapter 6: One-sided Communications - Steven Ericsson-Zenith,
Jespar Larsson Traeff, Martin Schulz, Bill Gropp
Chapter 7: Extended Collective Operations - Steven Ericsson-Zenith,
Edgar Gabriel, Kannan Narasimhan, David Solt, Bill Gropp
Chapter 8: External Interfaces - Bronis de Supinski, Bill Gropp
Chapter 9: I/O - Rajeev Thakur, Joachim Worringen, Bill Gropp
Chapter 10: Language Bindings - Jeff Squyres, Steve Poole,
    Purushotham Bangalore, Bill Gropp

We also need reviewers for the 1.1 document:
Chapter 2: MPI Terms and Conventions
Chapter 3: Point-to-Point Communications
Chapter 4: Collective Communications
Chapter 5: Groups, Contexts, and Communicators
Chapter 6: Process Topologies
Chapter 7: MPI Environment Management
Chapter 8: Profiling Interface

Thanks,
Rich
