Do you have an estimate when the services will be available?  I ask  
because it seems like this effort has been going on for quite a while  
(not trying to be a jerk; I'm just saying that this stuff is in the  
awkward position of holding up other work :-\ ).

FWIW: As previously mentioned, Indiana U's IT organization is also  
good at these things.  They have expressed willingness to host the  
services and have a good track record for doing so.
