I also won't be attending/voting as I work for a small UK company whose
primary focus isn't directly MPI related however I have experience in
this area so will be contributing when I think I have something valuable
to add.

I have some experience with the ABI issue and intend to write something
up in time for the appropriate meeting.  Knowing the agenda for meetings
in advance would help greatly.
