There have been many delays in moving the web site -- I don't think that we should wait until the web site is moved before posting the information. Making the information google-able will greatly help spread the word.

Even if this information is tentative, that would be fine -- having a
URL that [potential] attendees can check on a regular basis would be
great.

Several people have pinged me for the specifics so far; it's a pain to
dig through the mail archives to find each individual message with all
the information that has been sent.
