Re: Have we re-started?

Should we first advertise and get interested parties?  I've had a few  
people ask me how to get involved, and I told them to wait for the  
widespread announcement.  We might not want to start the conversation  
until we actually have a good set of participants.

It might be good to have one central announcement that gets spread  
far and wide (making sure that the barrier to entry high enough, as  
we discussed in Bonn, so that we only get people who are both  
interested and committed to the process, etc.).  Many of us have  
mailing lists and web sites that might be helpful for redistributing  
the announcement.
