Hi Jeff,

The web site has been newly dusted off and updated by Bill.   There  
are plenty of issues there.  I think the next step is to select a  
subset of them for the first round of discussions and votes.    I  
will propose a set over the weekend.  We also need to review the  
voting rules, etc.
