Let us know when we can advertise the list per our discussion in  
Bonn.  Better yet, if there's standard verbiage that we want to use  
across different distribution channels (e.g., mailing lists) for  
getting the "Right" kind of participation (e.g., those who care  
enough to pay attention to the issues and not just interject random  
flames), that would be great.
