Do you have a list of issues?
MPI_Alltoallx comes to my mind as a significant gap (Alltoallw with
MPI_Aint rather than int displacement arrays) mind but not much else
I am very skeptical about getting into an MPI-3 effort so I hope this
revival of MPI Forum meetings will have a constrained mission.
