The new version for the April meeting is at
ftp://aurora.cs.msstate.edu/pub/mpi/rt-2-22apr97.ps.

I will also bring 20 copies with me to the meeting.

All changes for buffer management, channel management and
application event-driven paradigm are incorporated per our discussions
at the February and March meetings.
