As we agreed at the last meeting we will add one day to the MPI
Forum meeting. I am ordering a room that we usually use
for the forum chapter's break-out meetings for Friday afternoon and Saturday.
Since this is the last MPI-II forum meeting and the final votes
on all the chapters will be conducted we do not want to
overlap RT activities with them.
By our friday meeting we will know all the functionality
that is voted in and what is in JOD.
Can you let me know if you plan to attend real-time meetings on friday
and saturday so I can order a big enough room for us?
We will have to charge people extra to cover that cost.
The tentative cost is around $50. I will let you know the exact
amount after I make all the arrangements.
