We will host a 1-day meeting for document improvement on March 24.
This is, like all MPI/RT meetings, open. It will be held at MSU,
CS department, and the reg. cost will be about $25 each (cash or check).
We are expecting a small group. No tutorial introductions will be
done at this meeting. It is strictly a preparation for big meeting
at end of April. This is not of the magnitude of the meeting in
San Diego, but rather a small group fixing the document, and addressing
a few technical issues that are near completion.

Currently, we expect these attendees:
MSU group (myself, Shane Hebert, Z. Cui, J. Li)
Arkady Kanevsky
Robbie Babb
Ron Brightwell
to attend for certain, with others TBD.

This will be primarily an effort to do document structuring, finalize
buffering, draw pictures, hash out plans for April meeting in Chicago,
etc.
