The responces I got so far indicate that everybody prefers
Feb 20-21 dates to the Feb 12-13.
I will wait until the end of the day today for late responces...
But unless there is a last moment serious opposistion to
February 20-21 dates there are the winners...
Please, let me know topics and proposals you would like to bring
to the discussion so I can include them for the meeting agenda.
Dennis, can you provide info about hotels and local arrangements?

Dear group,
At the last MPI Forum we decided to have a technical MPI/RT meeting
in San Diego on February 12-13.
However, several people asked me conider next week instead.
This will give us more time to prepare for the meeting,
will allow us to meet Th-Fr instead of the middle of the week...
I would like to get a count of the people who are planning to come and
also which of the two proposed dates are better for them.
The two proposed dates are Feb 12-13 and Feb 20-21.
PLEASE, answer quickly so we can make the final decision.
Dennis also informed me that the meeting will be arranged by NRaD
but probably will take place at some hotel near by instead of
NRaD facilities so non US citizens can attend the meeting without
hassle.
