This latest version of MPI/RT which will be available this week
has substantial updates to the sections on instrumentation and
fault tolerance. For anyone who has read the January 7th
version, I would recommend rereading the instrumentation
section in the newest version. The instrumentation section has been
"better organized" with subsections; proposals were re-ordered
under more logical subsubsections; and many errors in bindings were
cleaned up.
