API, we can wait for a counter-proposal on the API from you and discuss
it at the October meeting.

Generally I think my
remarks still apply to the API. I know I'm not being very specific, but
I'd rather discuss the overall approach before discussing specific
items.

I agree with this, though.
I'm leaving now for a long weekend -- Yay! ;-) -- so I'll rejoin any
further discussion on this Monday next. Since I'll be on vacation
before and during the Boston meeting, I'll try to be an active email
