Any of the follow-on MPI books, tutorials, and reference manuals would be
remiss if they did not include such a table. Whether or not this mapping
appears in the MPI-2 standard is matter of just how much time Bill
Nitzberg has as an editor, or at least: how much support he gets in
producing the table! ;-)
