In case you didn't see it on mpi-core, the new release is done. For
external you can get a copy at
http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~lederman/mpi2/ei-2.ps.Z or
ftp://ftp.cs.wisc.edu/pub/lederman/mpi2/ei-2.ps.Z. There have been a
number of changes since the last draft. Also, there are still open
discussion items that we need to try and settle before the meeting. I
encourage you all to take a look and make comments.
