I have placed a new version of the external chapter in
ftp://ftp.cs.wisc.edu/pub/mpi2/ei-960925.ps. It will be the same as
the chapter released with the whole document later today. I have made
the changes talked about for status and new callbacks for wait/test
on generalized requests. Look it over and let me know if it is ok.
