* A problem with communicator IDs is noted. We need to have
discussion on this.
* The byte representation of datatypes was left and the older one
removed. Some concerns with it are noted.
* The true extent section was deleted. This is now dealt with in misc.
* I did not move the argument of the handle\_kind to the end of
the list. We need to discuss this.
* Callbacks on MPI\_FINALIZE was updated. Several open questions were raised.

* New section with cononical representation proposal.
* New section on contiguous datatype determination.
There are lots of changes (and probable mistakes). Please read it.
