Re: deadlines and "XDR-like" functionalities

The original naming convention I posted is something we use internally
for data representation issues. I toyed with the idea of having
MPI_DR_REP1
MPI_DR_REP2
...
with an explanation of what each means. Your point, my point about long long,
and other language issues may make MPI_DR_REPx make more sense.
