There was a proposal at the last meeting to change "EXPLICIT" into
"AT" and this would solve the problem, because we have it
only with the routines MPI_FILE_WRITE_EXPLICIT_ALL_BEGIN
MPI_FILE_READ_EXPLICIT_ALL_BEGIN
MPI_FILE_WRITE_EXPLICIT_ALL_END
