We are working furiously on the new MPI bindings chapter. A rough
draft of it should be ready by midnight tonight. We will bring copies
of the very latest draft with us to distribute at the meeting in
Denver. For those of you who want to take it along for reading on the
plane, please check your email tomorrow morning.
