A draft of the collective section is now available at
ftp://ftp.mcs.anl.gov/pub/mpi/mpi2/collective-2.ps .
If you need a version mailed to you, let me know (I'll also mail all later
versions unless you indicate that this is once only). There are a number of
discussion items that I have taken from email; I'd like to resolve most of
these before the next meeting. Please send me your comments this week.
