Small glitch in draft

It has been pointed out to me that the "status" argument to MPI_Recv is
missing in example 4.26, which is on page 130 of the draft that Rusty just
announced. I hope this message gets to the right person or persons to fix
this, as I've been inactive in MPI for so long that I've lost track of the
approved bug reporting procedure for the standard.
