changed MPI_WIN_BARRIER to MPI_WIN_FENCE. to make clear it's not a barrier.
added some explanation and example on progress
changed the semantics of lock so that MPI_WIN_UNLOCK completes RMA at
target.
changed the C++ bindings (they will be checked by the C++ N.D. police, this
week...)
corrected many typos
