Minor comments on MPI-2

I am afraid that these are on the November 7th draft, so I apologise if
they have already been dealt with.

5.2.2 Window Creation I would definitely add two extra reserved info
fields 'getonly' and 'putonly', with the obvious semantics. This could
be used to improve diagnostics in a checking version of MPI and possibly
efficiency on some implementations.
