1) Full Solaris Unix on each node (binary compatible with Sun machines).
2) Multiple user processes using the comms interface on a node
(i.e. time sharing on the nodes)
3) Full remote store access (i.e. get/put to any location in a remote
process [subject to the page protection in the target process, of course]).
4) Fully cache coherent.
It has been available for (at least) 3 years.
This seems to do all the things Eric things are hard/impossible, and
is a commercial product.
